ROOM RENTAL RATES
The room rental rate will be determined by number of guests, menu selection & date. Pool and poolside rates are also available. The room will seat up to 85 guests or a cocktail reception for 125.
Room rental rate includes: 4 hour private event, glassware, china, flatware, tables, chairs, standard white linen, set-up, break down and service staff.
MENU
The Harbor View will gladly customize the menu for your event. The menu options are intended to be a guide for your menu planning. Menu pricing is determined by menu selection and type of event.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Room reservations are secured with a deposit. A signed contract is required with the Room Rental Fee. The Room Rental Fee is fully refundable up to 90 days prior to the event and not refundable if canceled within 90 days. Each event requires the number of guests, guarantee at least 5 days prior to the event.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Extended hours are available upon request -$125
Chef attended stations - $75.00
