ROOM RENTAL RATES
The room rental rate will be determined by number of guests, menu selection & date. Pool and poolside rates are also available. Flexible room rates range from $250 to $1,200. The room will seat up to 100 guests or a cocktail reception for 125.
Room rental rate includes: 4 hour private event, glassware, china, flatware, tables, chairs, standard white linen, set-up, break down and service staff.
MENU
The Harbor View will gladly customize the menu for your event. The menu options are intended to be a guide for your menu planning. Menu pricing is determined by menu selection and type of event.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Room reservations are secured with a $500 deposit. A signed contract is required with the deposit. This deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days prior to the event and not refundable if canceled within 90 days. Each event requires a food deposit and guest guarantee at least 5 days prior to the event. All deposits will be applied to the final bill.
